Brightshowers products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. We warrant each new shower head we manufacture to be free from defective materials and workmanship. We provide free exchanges to products that are not made to their standards .


For this reason, Brightshowers offers our customers 1-year warranty for every Brightshowers product. During this time, if you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us for assistance.


Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur within the Warranty Period. This includes defects in materials, workmanship, or any functional issues that affect the normal operation of the product.


Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following:
